- do not know. Contrary to the promises of an investigation into the crash is not neither transparent nor dynamic. Polish party does not have full and free access to documents and evidence gathered. We fear, therefore, that the investigation is not conducted in an appropriate way (...)
And how do you believe the investigation should look like?
- Let's see how the matter has been studied over the Lockerbie disaster in 1988. Nobody survived, and the plane broke up into a huge number of tiny pieces. Picked up all the evidence, finding that the board was an explosion, identifying where there was a bomb, and who put it there, it took investigators three years. When

Otherwise, pilot error claim is pure speculation. In this case, however, it seems that we are not dealing with speculation, but a consistent campaign waged continuously for 45 days.
Very much attention was paid to the analysis of black boxes, which of course is considered a right and necessary. So far we do not have to be a reliable transfer of information to flight controllers handed pilots. We know that the weather broke so much that no aircraft could land at least 40 minutes before the scheduled landing time of the presidential plane.
How this information was provided? What was the reaction of the crew? The most important thing however is the issue of the position of the aircraft. - If Prime Minister Tusk has indeed said it made a huge mistake. Whatever from the personal relationship the last thing I can do a head of government, to trust anyone outside their own country. This is the basis of diplomacy, which apply even to the closest allies. Sam spent some years in the government and I know that foreign policy can not proceed in this manner.
As a private individual can you believe anyone wants to, because if you make a mistake, it's just you bear responsibility for his mistake. But the official, prime minister, president, have no right to it. International relations is the industry in which one can not trust. In Russia we have a saying: "Trust, but verify."
In Poland we also have. The authorities in Warsaw, however, quickly ruled out the hypothesis that the disaster could become the Russian authorities.
- Every interrogator knows that as long as not finally clear up the matter can not rule out any hypothesis. History knows many examples of investigations in which the scenario, though at first seemed absolutely impossible and unthinkable, ultimately turned out to be true. Near the place where we talk, there is the Museum of Conspiracy. It included the slogan: "nothing is as it seems." It is important

Together with friends we have collected 44 questions that despite the publication of the report of the Interstate Aviation Committee still does not know the answer. Over 50 thousand Poles request from Prime Minister Tusk of establishing an international commission to investigate the disaster. Do you think her appointment would have any meaning?
- International committee should be created shortly after the crash. There was talk about a lot of people. Nienaciskanie in this case the Russian authorities of the Polish government was a mistake.
